Identify the right place to invest

Using a data-driven approach, we have created a proprietary model to identify the most opportunistic markets for value-add investing. The key performance metrics that guide our model include population, job growth, income growth, new construction relative to existing inventory, vacancy rates, and historical/projected rent growth.

Develop strong relationships

To be successful in commercial real estate, it is incumbent upon us to cultivate longstanding relationships and build trust with the most reputable brokers, management companies, lenders, and attorneys in each location. We view these relationships as an extension of our team as they are critical to establishing a positive reputation in our markets, sourcing new acquisitions, and effectively executing our business plans.

There are many ways to add value to our buildings. This includes our tailored renovation programs that are well thought out in order to ensure that we produce the right product for the marketplace and renter profile while earning an appropriate Return on Investment from any capital invested into a property.
